come attivare l'emisfero dx?

Subject:brain commands and choices
I've read this book and it made a profound effect on me. I haven't had a stroke or known anybody who had. But on a similar level I also had "a stroke of insight" .... reading this story and Dr Jill's insights helped me understand and come to terms that I am the master of my emotions, I am responsible of my reactions, I can make a choice ! even at that level... it sounds so simple but most of us believe we have to be stuck in pain and bitterness ... understanding this "surges" of anger, fear, anxiety, etc at the simple level of chemical reactions in my brain (even when I don't understand the chemistry of it all) and knowing that this substances don't control my physical body for more than 90 seconds makes me so aware and so "proactive" , I am the driver, I choose to smile!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Subject:Why Can't We Do something About it??
Dear Jill, A friend forwarded a link to your book and i just watched you on TED - how inspiring! I experienced "oneness" - it was a moment of transcendence in which I was able to actually feel the energy I am part of vs. left brain separateness. This experience of oneness and bliss is the foundation of all religions (although they don't seem to remember)and reflects the way the universe is versus the way our left brain has been conditioned to lead us to believe it is. Why can't "the system" be reprogrammed to reflect the truth of our connectivity? Why can't we teach children the scientific truth of oneness and the beauty in it? It's our only hope!!! Peace, elizabeth hooper
