Are you a stroke triumphant?

"Are you a stroke survivor or a stroke triumphant?" asks Oprah Winfrey during an interview with Dr. Jill on April 22, 2008.

Dr. Jill's story of recovery and insight is certainly amazing. As people began to learn about her story, Dr. Jill started receiving a bounty of inspiring stories from people who, after having experienced stroke or other medical event, have triumphed over adversity and societal expectations. Equally inspiring are stories from caregivers who find strength and courage through the experiences of their loved ones.
